Today we had several totally different startups competing in our Pitchbattle in front of our renowned Jury consisting of Ferry Heilemann (Earlybird), Christian Meermann (Cherry Ventures) and Nicolas Brand (Lakestar).
From an application, seeking to aid the organization of amateur sports teams (HelloCoach), to an internet platform that enables its users to earn money by uploading product reviews on their website (Weview), we had an incredibly wide range of innovative ideas being presented on our stage.
The winner of the €10.000 prize money turned out to be Hackerbay. The Founders are trying to increase the quality and the speed of software development by making use of their wide network of the world’s best Hackers. Within the last year Hackerbay increased their revenue rapidly by working repeatedly with big companies such as Twitter on big projects.
